Lykele (1987) graduated from the Amsterdam Theatre- and Performing Arts School, where he did not only act but also writes. After graduating Lykele starts his own theatre group called HARTENJAGERS. Lykele co-writes the theatre plays  SPUITEN EN SLIKKEN and I LIKE MYSELF (Toneelmakerij). The play DE THERAPIE GENERATIE written by him was performed in 2015.

In the theatres Lykele plays amongst others in DE STORM (Toneelmakerij) KING LEAR (Het Toneel Speelt) and in the musicals WAR HORSE and SOLDAAT VAN ORANJE.

He plays in the television series and films BELLICHER: CEL. Furthermore he has a guest role in the films like LUCIA DE B, NICHT MEIN TAG, AMSTERDAM EXPRESS and the television series RAMSES, KLEM, DE ZAAK MENTEN, THUISFRONT, and VLIEGENDE HOLLANDERS. Lykele plays one of the lead roles in the hit series DERTIGERS and was a regular in CAST. Lykele starred in a leading role the film WEG VAN JOU.

Lykele is also the author of the novels Eland and We Do What We Can, both published by Nijgh & Van Ditmar, as well as the book This Is Another Way, an inspiring book about single parenthood. We Do What We Can was adapted into a film and premiered in 2025 at the Netherlands Film Festival, where it was also the opening film and received a Golden Calf nomination.
