Willem (1988) has been acting since a young age. At the age of twelve, he had a leading role in the feature film MAGONIA. He also played the main role in the youth film TIMBOEKTOE.

Willem graduated from the Toneelacademie in Maastricht. He gained recognition for the titular role in the youth films MEES KEES, MEES KEES OP KAMP, and MEES KEES OP DE PLANKEN. Afterward, Willem appeared in the series ZWARTE TULP II, following a successful first series, and the series PROJECT ORPHEUS. He took on a leading role in the feature film KNIELEN OP EEN BED VIOLEN, based on the novel by Jan Siebelink, and starred in DE DANS VAN NATASJA, the final film by director Jos Stelling.

In the theater, Willem performed in the youth theater production BROMANCE, which won the Golden Krekel for the most impressive youth theater production, and the beautiful play BABA.

Since 2015, Willem has been creating episodes for De Proefkeuken on VPRO. He emerged as the winner of the 26th season of Expeditie Robinson.
